Deep Pour Ultra + 1.5 Gal Kit

Deep Pour Ultra + is our new flagship deep pour casting epoxy. It is intended and recommended for Large Deep Pour Projects (2"-3" Per Session, no max amount of pour at 2 inches deep, drop temperatures for 3” large pours) and will take much longer to cure on smaller pieces such as jewelry.
 
Shallow pours under 1” can be somewhat brittle if not supported properly.

Keep humidity under 60% during pour for optimal results. Too much humidity can result in excess heat and bubbles.

SAFETY FIRST!
Resin is a blast to work with but remember you must ALWAYS wear a Niosh approved respirator, 5-9 ply nitrile gloves and eye protection when using ANY epoxy resin.

We use impact resistant packaging to prevent shipping damages but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. We do not claim liability for acts or omissions of others. Please do not accept a damaged package. If you have received your package and it is damaged, immediately take pictures of the package and do not open the box/pallet until the company who delivered the package can send a representative to assess the damage and determine reimbursement (if any). If the package is leaking place it in a plastic bag or on a tarp to protect personal property from damage caused by a leaking package until a claim process has been filed and completed by the recipient.

Mixing Instructions
1. In a clean, marked mixing container, measure:
[2 parts] of Deep Pour Ultra + "A Resin"
[1 part] of Deep Pour Ultra + "Part B Hardener"

2. Mix thoroughly with a stir stick for 5 minutes. Do not attempt mixing or using product below 60°F. If the product is too cold or too hot (above 90°F), allow it to adjust to room temperature naturally and mix each part individually before use.
3. Add any pigments or dyes. Mix for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour into mold. Do not use this product as a veneer coating.
5. For very large pours, drop the ambient temperature between 62-68F and only mix 1.5 Gal per bucket. This will help reduce excessive heat buildup aka exothermic runoff.
