Description
This unit measures UV Intensity and UV dose in two UV-bands
This 2-channel UV-integrator is a high quality UV measuring instrument. It is designed to be put on a conveyor belt of a UV-curing station.
It features two UV sensors to measure UV-A (315-400nm) and UV-C (230-280nm) simultaneously. This allows the unit to cover most measuring requirements.
The unit can measure, record and display the peak of the UV-intensity (mW/cm2) for each UV-channel individually.
Additionally, the device calculates the UV-dose (mJ/cm2) of the UV energy supplied during the time of exposure of one measuring cycle for each UV-band individually.
The two sensors are on the back of the unit which also serves as a heat shield. After completion of the measuring cycle all measuring results can be scrolled through on the 2 x 16 digit LCD display.
A special AUTO-OFF feature that turns off the unit automatically after one minute serves as energy saving and extension of the battery service life.
Calibration:
In order to keep its full function and precision it is recommended to have re-calibration done once per year. Re- calibration will also be necessary after change of battery. Ongoing, PTB* traceable calibration with certificate. See SKU 69600 for details.
