We also offer credit terms, including NET 15, NET 30, and NET 90 payment options for qualified accounts.

To establish a terms account, customers must first complete a minimum of five successful orders with Lamp Express USA Inc. Credit terms are not available for new accounts and are only extended following our account review and vetting process.

In addition to manufacturing, Lexusa provides replacement lamps, UV measurement equipment, calibration services, technical support, reverse engineering, custom lamp design, and engineered lighting solutions for OEMs, distributors, equipment manufacturers, and industrial end users worldwide.

No. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and other import-related costs are determined by local customs and tax authorities in the destination country.

If your order was damaged during transit, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please email james@lexusa.com or sales@lexusa.com and include your order number, photographs of the damaged item(s), photographs of the packaging, and any visible shipping damage, or call 888-539-8847.

Please note that glass lamp breakage is not covered under product warranty. Customers who decline Shipping Protection / Glass Breakage Coverage during checkout assume full responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit. If Shipping Protection was declined at the time of purchase, Lexusa cannot honor claims for shipping-related glass breakage or transit damage.

We supply replacement and custom-manufactured lamps for a wide variety of UV curing systems, infrared heating systems, xenon light sources, germicidal UV systems, scientific instruments, semiconductor equipment, printing presses, coating lines, drying systems, and industrial processing equipment.

We also support numerous discontinued, obsolete, and legacy systems for which original replacement lamps may no longer be available.

All replacement lamps supplied by Lexusa are manufactured to meet the required electrical, dimensional, and performance specifications of the original equipment.

Yes. Supporting legacy, discontinued, and hard-to-source lamps is one of Lexusa's core specialties.

We regularly help customers replace obsolete UV, infrared, xenon, germicidal, excimer, and other specialty lamps where the original manufacturer no longer supplies replacements, lead times are excessive, or part numbers can no longer be identified.

If you cannot identify your lamp, we can often work from available information such as lamp markings, dimensions, photographs, equipment details, or a physical sample. In many cases, a sample lamp allows us to accurately identify and reproduce the original specification.

For customers facing production downtime, we offer rapid manufacturing capabilities with no minimum order quantities and no custom tooling or setup fees for most replacement lamps. Depending on the design and manufacturing requirements:

• Certain UV lamps can be produced in as little as 1–3 business days for emergency situations.
• Linear infrared halogen lamps, including single-tube and twin-tube designs, can often be manufactured in as little as 4 weeks.
• Custom and obsolete lamp replacements are available for both individual lamps and ongoing production requirements.

Whether your OEM lamp is discontinued, out of stock, no longer supported, or simply unavailable within your required timeframe, our team can often provide a compatible replacement solution to help keep your operation running.

Can Lexusa manufacture custom UV, IR, Xenon, or specialty lamps?

Lexusa manufactures UV, IR, and Xenon lamps in Germany and the United States.

Certain specialty products may also be produced through affiliated manufacturing facilities and industry partners. Country of origin information is available upon request.

Yes. Our team can assist with product selection, lamp identification, UV measurement equipment, troubleshooting, replacement parts, and custom-engineered solutions.

Most UV measurement instruments should be calibrated annually to maintain measurement accuracy and traceability.

Regular calibration helps ensure accurate UV intensity and dose measurements, consistent curing performance, and reliable production results.

Typical turnaround time is approximately 14 business days from receipt of the instrument. Turnaround times may vary depending on instrument type and factory workload.

Yes. Eligible instruments can be calibrated regardless of where they were originally purchased.

Lexusa calibrates most UV-Design GmbH®, Lamp Express®, and UV Process Supply® UV measurement instruments, even if they were originally purchased from another supplier or distributor.
