The
UV-Integrator 14 is a price sensitive entry level UV measuring
instrument. It is used
to measure UV energy of different light sources, especially on printing
machines. It is ideal to ensure quality control of printing and drying
processes.
Big size, heavy duty pass-through Integrator with a diameter
of 140 mm. It is reliable and simple to use.
Because of uneven radiation distribution of the UV light source and
different type of construction of the measuring devices by different
manufacturers, different readings may appear under the same measurement
conditions.
Notes:
While on the conveyer belt, this instrument can
withstand max. 110° C / 230° F for up to 10 seconds.
The
temperature of the housing should not exceed 45° C / 112° F. F.
Calibration:
In order to keep its full function and precision it is recommended to
have re-calibration done once per year. Re-calibration will also be
necessary after change of battery. PTB traceable calibration according
to
DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 with certificate.
Warranty:
2
years from the date of purchase for the instrument and one year for the
battery.
