Glass Breakage Insurance is available on checkout.
This optional insurance covers all lamps that arrive broken during a single shipment. Lamp Express will replace all damaged lamps free of charge to the customer.
Any broken lamp replaced under this insurance is considered the property of, and must be returned to LE if requested at the customers expense.
Shipping costs for replaced items are NOT covered.
Glass Breakage not reported after three (3) days of reception is not covered.
Glass breakage during installation or return transit to Lamp Express is not covered under under this insurance. No refunds, credits or replacements in such cases.
